The flash dryer is widely used in the dispersion and drying of granular, powdery, paste-like and filter cake-like false agglomerates in the chemical, pharmaceutical, building materials, food, feed, and other industries.
The flash dryer has the advantages of the small occupied area, low energy consumption, high thermal efficiency, and continuous mass production. The flash dryer body is provided with a rotary cutting device, and the dry material is subjected to shearing, rotating, collision, friction, etc., so that the material is pulverized and refined, and is highly dispersed, thereby achieving the effect of efficiently and rapidly evaporating water. XZG-6 Stirrer Spin Flash Dryer Process

The hot air enters into the bottom of the drier in tangent direction. Under the driving of the stirrer, a powerful rotating wind field is formed. The paste state materials enter into the drier through the screw charger. Under the powerful function of the sitting vanes at high-speed rotation, the materials are distributed under the function of strike, friction and shearing force. The block state materials will soon be smashed and contact the hot air fully and the materials are heated and dried. The dried materials after the de-watering will go up with the heat-air flow. The step rings will stop and keep the big particles. Small particles will be discharged out of the drier from the of the equipment by centrifugal force function and be smashed again after they fall down to the bottom.

XZG-6 Stirrer Spin Flash Dryer Application

1. Different kinds of feeding device can be chose, feeding is continuous and stable, there is on bridge phenomenon.
2. There is special cooling device at the bottom of dryer, it can avoid the material deteriorate in the bottom high temperature area.
3. Special air sealing device and bearing cooling device and make the life of transmission device longer effectively.
4. There is special air distributing device, it reduces the resistance of equipment, and make the air speed in drying chamber be balanced.
5. There are classification rings and turbojet plates in the drying chamber, fineness and final moisture of product and be adjusted and controlled.
6. In the drying chamber air speed is fast, drying time is short, it can avoid material stick on the wall and deterioration effectively.
