Industrial Rectangular Linear Vibrating Screen Price

It adopts quick disassembling handle at the adopts upper part of this machine. The handle connects the machine as the all and the one. Its upper cover is seal fully. Therefore it prevent from the dust flying caused by vibration during the period of sieving. The vibration motor is installed inder the sieve. Mean while it spring to reduce vibration. So the machine will operate at stable state. The base is adjustable, so the inclined angel of sieve that is sieving can be adjusted. The best sieving effect can be got.

Working Principle:

This rectangular linear vibrating screen sieve is driven by two vibration motors that produces a horizontal and linear tumbling vibration motion once the centrifugal discs are correctly adjusted, causing the material being screened to move from feed end to discharge end. In addition, the vibratory motion can be easily adjusted in order to adjust the screening quality and throughput as required for the application at hand.

This rectangular linear vibrating screen sieve is specially designed for sieving or separating bulk materials with fine, medium or coarse particle sizes in food, chemical or pharmaceutical industry. They are also perfect for use in wet screening applications.
