Double Shaft Paddle Seasoning Powder Blender

DSPM series double shaft paddle mixer is widely used as a mixture of powder, small particles and a little liquid. It can be used in food, chemicals, pesticides, feed, batteries, etc.
It is a high-level mixing equipment, suitable for mixing materials of different sizes with different specific gravity, formula ratio and mixing uniformity.
If the ratio reaches 1:1000~5000 or higher, it may be a good alternative.
After adding the crushing equipment, the machine is suitable for crushing some particles.

Product Features

3.Series Double Shaft Paddle Mixer Short mixing time(40-120sec/batch), high evenness degree(CV ^ 5%) may be up to 2% .

5.The improvement of open door shaft and link mechanism ensure that the angle of openning door is larger than 90-(the materials can't fall on the door), close door which is deadlocked.

6.Advanced adding and spraying system could be added many kinds of liquid and solid at the same time, (add oil,suger etc.)precision spraying and convenient control.

7.Unique design return air system ensures air current balance in all-dimensional feed in materials .

Product Application

Adopt in mixing powdery, granule, flake, block and other materials. Suitable for premix, poultry feed, aquatic feed for medium-sized or large-sized feed factory.

Product Work Principle

1. Double shaft paddle mixer is with 2 horizontal paddle shaft; there is the paddle on each shaft;

2. with the driven equipment, two cross paddle shafts moves intersection and patho-occlusion.

3. Driven equipment makes paddle rotating fast; the rotating paddle generates centrifugal force during high speed rotation, spilling the material to the upper part in the barrel, then material falling down (the vertex of material is in a so-called instant non-gravity state). Driven by the blades, material is mixed back and forth; also sheared and separated by the meshing space between the twin shafts; fast and evenly mixed.
