Product Descriptions

The spray machine for drying is the technology most widely used in the liquid technology shaping and in the drying industry. The drying technology is the most suitable for producing solid powder or particle products from liquid materials, such as: solvent, emulsion, suspension and pumpable paste states, fro this reason, when the particle size and distribution of the final products, residual water contents. Mass density and the particle shape must meet the precise standard, spray drying is one of the most desired technology.

Product Principle Of Work

After filtering and heating, the air enters into the air distributor at the top of the dryer. The hot air enters into the drying chamber in the spiral form uniformly. By passing through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower, the material liquid will be rotated and sprayed into extremely fine mist liquid beads. Through the very short time of contacting with hot air, the materials can be dried into the finished products. The finished products will be discharged continuously from the bottom of the drying tower and from the cyclone separator. The waste gas will be discharged by blower.

Foodstuff Amino acid, vitamin, egg powder, bone powder, flavouring, protein, milk powder, blood powder, soy sauce powder, coffee, tea powder, glucose, pentadiene carboxylic acid, pectin, flavours, vegetable juice, yeast, starch, etc.

Ceramic Alumina, zirconia, magnesium oxide, titania, pottery clay, china clay, all kinds of magnetic porcelain and metal-oxides, etc.

Chemical Aluminium polychlorid, disperse dyes, reactive dyes, organic catalyzer, white carbon black, washing powder, zinc sulfate, silica, sodium metasilicate, potassium fluoride, calcium carbonate, potassium sulfate, ingotganic catalyzer and all kinds of waste liquid, etc.

Product Features

High speed drying: the surface area of liquid material is greatly increased after atomization,achieving instantaneous evaporation of 95% -98% water in the hot air flow, drying time only takes a few seconds, especially for heat-sensitive materials

Products achieve good uniformity, mobility and solubility, and also achieve purity, good quality. The production process is simplified and the operation control is convenient. For liquid materials with the moisture content of 40-60% (special materials up to 90%) can be dried into powder products just with one time, do not need grinding and screening after drying, reduce production processes and improve product purity. The product size, bulk density, moisture, in a certain range can be adjusted by changing operating conditions, control and management are very convenient.

The air is filtered and heated into the top air distributor of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber evenly in a spiral fashion. The material liquid is sprayed into a fine atomized liquid droplet through the high-speed centrifugal nebulizer at the top of the tower body, and can be contacted with the hot air in a very short time and can be dried into finished products. The finished product is continuously discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone, and the exhaust gas is drained by the draft fan.
