ORM Series Oscillating and Roating Mill

ORM series swing type granulator is a new special equipment for the granulating and material-spreading of belt type drier, which is designed on the basis of customers requirements and is in accordance with the currenly malpractices.We also referred to the charcteristics of belt type drier, digested and absorbed its advanced technologies, and we also brought forth new ideas to the designs. This equipment has the features of a reasonable and simple structure, suflicien utility of energy, advanced granulating method, high efficiency and energy-saving and etc, thus is has multi-utilities of granulating, grinding and material distributing are suitable for granulating in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry and etc. The most remarkable advantage of the equipment is that the granulating speed can be changed in a certain range and the material can be distriuted uniformly. Thus it can keep the damp granule or dry granule in and identical size. The granules from this machine is uniformly and little in dust, convenience in operation, longlife in use, it can meet GMP requirements.

Product Features
1. This Oscillating granulating machine makes use of the rolling motion of rotating barrel, granulates the wet powder materials into granule by sieve, it also can be used to crush agglomerate materials into small granules directly.
2. In chemical medicine field, it can be used for granulating the mixed powder into granule, and compressed into tablet after being dried. It also can be used for granulating the coagulated material that is formed during storage or during chemical processing, In food industry, it can be used to deal with the candy and sugar mixture as well as barley milk products. In other industries, it can be used to granulate
such as porcelain and plastic mixtures into forming granules.
3. It is not suitable for solid, fluid medium, paste or pulverizing.
4. Its mesh number of sieve should be prepared by users, according to the size of granule.
