DSCM Series Double Screw Cone Mixer
The screw in the conical screw mixer rotates through its own axis parallel and close to the conical vessel wall. It lifts the surrounding powder from the bottom up, and then the powder falls by gravity. At the same time, the screw rotates around the center of the cone like a planet, so that the powder in each corner of the cone can be mixed by the screw.

Product Working Principle
The material is made to conduct a compound motion in the cone because of the rotation and revolution of the screws. The effected motions including:
1.The revolution of the screw along the wall making the material conduct a revolution motion.
2.The rotation of the screw making the material rise along the screw from the cone bottom.
3.The compound motion of the rotation and revolution of the screws making partial material be absorbed into the screw cylindroid. Meanwhile, under the motion ot centrifugal force, the partial material in the screw cylindroid discharges radially.
4. The descended material drops under its sole weight. The four kinds of motions effect convection,
shearing and diffusion in the cone, thus quick mixing can be achieved.
