Product Features
1. The hot air passes through the material layer multiple times, and moves backwards with the material, so that the heat exchange is sufficient and the heat efficiency is high.
2. Compact structure and small footprint.
3. The residence time of the material in the dryer can be adjusted and the operation is convenient.
4. While the material moves circumferentially from top to bottom along the spiral bed, it also jumps itself, which increases the contact area between the material and the hot air and enhances the drying effect.
5. Continuous feed and discharge is suitable for production line and easy to meet the "GMP" specification, which can replace the traditional box drying.
6. There is basically no damage to the surface and shape of the material, which not only ensures the roundness of the pellet, but also greatly reduces the breaking rate of the pellet.
