Plastic Processing High Speed Continuous PVC Resin Spin Flash Dryer

Hot air in tangential direction enters into the bottom of the rotary flash dryer, and forms strong rotational wind field under the action of stirrer. The materials get into the drying equipment from screw feeder, under the strong effect of the high-speed rotating impeller, the materials are dispersed after being rubbed and sheared. Bulk materials are quickly crushed and fully contacted with the hot air in order to complete drying. Dehydrated dry materials rise with the hot air, the grading ring will retain the large particles and the small ones will be excluded from the rotating flash drying machine through the ring center. The cyclone separator and dust remover will recover these materials. The wet or bulk materials will be threw to the container wall by centrifugal force, and fall into the bottom of the flash dryer to be crushed and dried again.

SFD PVC Resin Dryer Features

2. Be good at control the powder’s moisture,fineness,and hold time.for control the speed coordinating and unifying at spinning disk work with wind-enter ,it can ensure the outlet wind with low temperature,it will also reduce the energy consumption.

3. The special alloy steel be used in the rotary blade,the layout structure with unique,it have the character of small erosion,contact surface wide,cutting force strong.

4. Adopt the newly leak-proof structure,the main engine bearing life will be delay,and the bearing black with the cooling device.

5. In order to ensure the powder water content less than 0.5%,so increase the height than the original basis ,it also equip with spinning disk,it will make the powder quality and particle size meet with your requirement.


Due to the gas-solid corresponding relative velocity big,even though the mix temperature around 80~90℃,the powder temperature still on below 45℃ condition,it will help to packing and save energy.

SFD PVC Resin Dryer Application

1. Different kinds of feeding device can be chose, feeding is continuous and stable, there is on bridge phenomenon.
2. There is special cooling device at the bottom of dryer, it can avoid the material deteriorate in the bottom high temperature area.
3. Special air sealing device and bearing cooling device and make the life of transmission device longer effectively.
4. There is special air distributing device, it reduces the resistance of equipment, and make the air speed in drying chamber be balanced.
5. There are classification rings and turbojet plates in the drying chamber, fineness and final moisture of product and be adjusted and controlled.
6. In the drying chamber air speed is fast, drying time is short, it can avoid material stick on the wall and deterioration effectively.
