Zinc Oxide Spin Flash Drying Equipment

SFD series Model High speed Rotary Flash Dryer For Soybean Protein is a new high efficient fluidized drying equipment that we designed for solve the static drying's low efficiency and high consumption problem. When designing the equipment, we combined the features of air stream drying and fluidized drying together. So the machine has reasonable structure and good performance, it really achieves the aim of low consumption and high efficiency of fluidizing drying.

Product Features

1. Different kinds of feeding device can be chose, feeding is continuous and stable, there is on bridge phenomenon

2. There is special cooling device at the bottom of dryer, it can avoid the material deteriorate in the bottom high temperature area

3. Special air sealing device and bearing cooling device and make the life of transmission device longer effectively.

4. There is special air distributing device, it reduces the resistance of equipment, and make the air speed in drying chamber be balanced.

5. There are classification rings and turbojet plates in the drying chamber, fineness and final moisture of product and be adjusted and controlled.

6. In the drying chamber air speed is fast, drying time is short, it can avoid material stick on the wall and deterioration effectively.

Product Application

1. Ceramic industry: Kaolin, bentonite, clay, etc.

2. Foodstuff industry: Soybean protein, gelatinized starch, vinasse, triticum, wheat starch, etc.

3. Organics: Atrazine, lauric acid cadmium, benzoic acid, sodium oxalate, acetyl cellulose, etc.

4. Dyestuff: Anthraquinones, black iron oxide, indigo dye, butyrate, titanium oxide, zinc sulfide, various azo dye intermediates, etc.

5. Inorganic: Borax, calcium carbonate, hydrogen peroxide, etc.

6. Substance: Copper suifate, ferrix oxide, three antimony oxide, all kinds of metal salt, synthetic cryolite, etc
