Description

Conical Double Auger Cone Screw Type Vertical Powder Blender

The double spiral cone mixer is a new type of mixer with high uniformity, low energy consumption, low residue and low crushing. The product has a wide range of application, can mix powder and powder, powder and liquid, especially can mix fine powder, fiber or sheet materials; the product has a wide range of application, and is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, lithium battery materials, dye, pigment, chemical industry, fertilizer, rare earth, titanium dioxide and other fields.

Working Principle

The double spiral cone mixer is composed of a driving part, a screw agitator and an inverted cone can body. The agitator is composed of two asymmetric spirals, which rotate around the axis and make a revolution in the cone with the help of the rotating action of the rotating arm. The equipment makes the material lift repeatedly through the revolution of the spirals and produces compound movements such as shearing, convection and diffusion in the cone, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform mixing.

Product Application

It is suitable for raw materials having large difference in specific gravity and large ratio of formulation. It is applied to chemical industry, medicine, pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff, biotechnology, healthy products, fertilizer, dyestuff, pigment, metallurgy, mine, building materials, plastic, and and other powder and powder (solid-solid), powder and liquid (the solid-liquid), liquid and the liquid (liquid-liquid) mixed.

It can be equipped with flying-entter aditionally, so as to meet the requirements for special technology.

The discharge valve adopts two ways , one is manual or the other is pneumatical.
The power of motor can be enlarged for special material(strengthening type).
