40L Max loading Capacity Synthetic Drugs Vacuum Drying Machine
Hot medium is put into the jacket for drying, heat exchange is done between the inner wall and materials. After the materials absorb heat, water is evaporated. The evaporated moisture and other gas is exhausted from vacuum pipe by vacuum pump. In the tank it is vacuum state and the rotary of tank makes the materials overturn continuously, so the drying speed is fast and drying intensity is increased, and can achieve the purpose of uniform drying. It is a new style dryer that combines mixing and drying together. It can be used together with condenser and vacuum pump. (If do not need to recover solvent, condenser is not needed).
Working Principle
Put the material in the vacuum and heat the material indirectly by the fixture coat. When dried, it rotates slowly, and refreshes the heating surface continuously to enhance the dry speed. The vacuum pump can absorb the moisture continuously and the steam impregnate can be reclaimed by the cooler. In the closed sandwich through the heat energy (such as hot water, low pressure steam or heat transfer oil), the heat through the inner shell to the dry material. In the power-driven, the tank for the slow rotation, the contents of the tank are constantly mixed, so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening the dry. Product Application
The machine can mix and dry the powder, crystal material and granule material in chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry, metallurgy industry, construction, etc. It can also be used for the concentration of the liquor, disinfection and germicide of the material. The moisture of the material can be dried to be lower than 0.5%.
The machine can save energy sources with low labor and high efficiency, and it only needs 2-4 hours to dry the material (<40% humidity).
