HG2x12 Meter Small Durable Wood Chips Rotary Drum Dryer Machine

The rotary drum dryer is a type of industrial dryer employed to reduce or minimize the liquid moisture content of the material it is handling by bringing it into direct contact with a heated gas. rotary drum dryer is suitable to dry metallic and nonmetallic mineral, clay in cement industrial and coal slime in coal mine,etc. rotary drum dryer can be widely used to dry various materials, and it is simple to be operated.

Product Features

1, It can change operation parameters according to different material property, the dryer cylinder can form full section material
fall which makes the heat exchange more fully;
2, New type feeding and discharging devices completely eradicate the disadvantages of traditional dryer like feeding jams, feeding
discontinuously and unevenly, returning materials, and reduce the load of dust removal system ;
3, Scale plate sealing is used to connect shell and feeding and discharging device , good sealing greatly reduce the shell
internal heat loss, thus directly reducing the fuel consumption;
4, Counter-current drying method obtains higher evaporation intensity; Fair current drying method and indirect drying way are
suitable for drying temperature sensitive material;
5, New burner satisfies the customers’ demand for saving energy and high efficiency. It can choose diesel oil, heavy oil, natural
gas, coal gas etc. to be fuel instead of the only choice for coal as fuel in the past.

Product Working Principle

The heat sources of the dryer is from the combustion train. Because of the tilting device of dryer, when the materials enter into the body from the feeding device, i will flow to the bottom end under the infuence of gravity, as the drier is in an inclined position. This process makes the material well-distributed in the body, then ensure the heat exchange with the heat wind. After repeated cycle with this process,the moisture content will be dried and discharged from the dryer.

Rotary Dryers have many applications but are most commonly seen in the mineral industry for drying sands, limestone, stones and soil, ores, fertilizers, wood chips, coal, iron sulfate, filter cakes, sewage sludge, etc.
