Description

Vertical Sand Mill Machine

1)Good adaptability,small cylinder volume,high efficiency.It can be used as a small batch(even lab used),and also a large scale of production.

2.This equipment adopts the principle of slot type milling,so the strength of separate milling power is strong and lasting.It is quite suitable to mill the paint and ink which is difficult to be separated,such as black carbon and iron oxide red with requirment of high fineness.

3)Unique W-shaped grinding chamber has the advantages of high efficient milling result,low consumption of abrasive medium,less residue in the cylinder and low cost for application.

4)With clip-type dynamic separation deive,It’s suitable to use grinding medium of not less than 0.8mm.

5)Forced cooling device was adopted for all stator,rotor and discharge hopper.The high ratio of cooling area and grinding chamber capacity ensured the best cooling efficiency.

6) Unique designed lift device to guarantee the stator easy to be dismantled and flushed.

7)The griding chamber adopts highly wear-resistant alloy steel.It will make the equipment work with long lift time and will not cause the problem of material pollution.
