7.Centrifugal Spray Dryer for Milk Powder

Product Description

LT-Series high speed centrifugal spray drying machine is suitable for various fields where the production of a powder is required.

LT-50KG high speed centrifugal spray dryer has successfully processed in the following areas: milk powder, dairy products, egg products, beverage, flavours and colourings, plant and vegetable extracts, pharmaceuticals, perfumes, blood, ceramics and superconductors biochemicals, dyestuffs, soaps and detergents, foodstuffs, adehesives, oxides, textiles and many others.

LT-50 milk spray dryer machine adopts PLC automatic control. All operations are completed automatically according to the process parameters set by users. It fully meets the requirements for milk powder processing production in GMP.

Description :
After fresh air is filtered and heated,it enters into the air distributor which on the top of the drier.The hot air in spiral form equably enters into the drying room.When liquid raw material arepassed through the high-speed centrifugal sprayer on the top of the tower,it will be rotated and sprayed into the extreme slim mist liquid beads.Raw material can be dried to the final products instantly while it contact with the heatedair.Finished products are discharged continuously from bottom of the drying tower and cyclones segregator. Wasted air is discharged from blower.
