The roller coating line is suitable for medium-volume, regular workpieces; such as
automobile wheels, turntables, ovens, etc.
As a kind of automated spraying equipment, the roller spray painting line mainly consists of six major components: pre-treatment equipment, spray painting equipment, oven,
heat source system, electronic control system, roller conveyor line, etc. It can place the workpiece on the tooling fixture of the conveyor line, and send the workpiece into the spraying area for spraying through the rotation of the roller. The roller line generally
uses an accumulation system. Each station has a manual control button, and each
completed workpiece can be lowered to the spraying area. Processed at the next station. The entire line adopts PLC control, stepless speed adjustment, and is equipped with
multiple induction probes and control buttons.
The electric roller is a new type of driving equipment in which the motor and reducer are placed inside the roller body. It is mainly used in fixed and mobile belt conveyors,
replacing traditional motors and separate drive equipment with reducers outside the
driving roller.
Electric roller conveyor structure
a. Line body side rail frame: It is made of bent steel plates with a thickness of over
6mm and is treated with anti-rust treatment. The specification is 160×60mm. The
installation height of the side plates does not exceed the thickness of the lower tooling plate and does not interfere with the rotation of the tooling plate.
b. Line body legs: square profile, specifications larger than 80×50mm, height adjustable to ensure sufficient support strength
c. Roller line configuration requirements
① All rollers are required to be well processed and must not have defects that may
affect their use. The rollers are made of seamless steel pipes with a wall thickness of ≥ 6mm.
②The roller bearings all use high-quality bearings, double-sided sealed high-quality
bearings, and all bearings use standard bearings first.
③The roller chain adopts a steel structure sprocket. The sprocket meshes well with the chain and the roller runs smoothly. The top of the sprocket is covered with a stainless
steel plate chain cover. The height of the sprocket cover is 3 to 4 mm lower than the working surface of the roller.
④ The lower chain of the roller is used for dragging. The installation form on both
sides of the roller is removable, and the height difference between any three rollers is
not more than 2mm.
⑤The chain adopts domestic high-quality brand chain. The chain pitch is determined
according to Party A’s existing roller. The chain adopts manual tensioning function.
⑥The whole set of wires has a solid structure and beautiful appearance; it has
sufficient on-load strength and ensures continuous production.
⑦ The tooling plate shall be in a smooth transition during the working process, and the noise of all equipment and its driving devices shall not exceed 75dB during the
working process.
