Q: What is the warranty for your mattress?

A: In case of there is no special term in the contract, we promise the innerspring for 10 years normal use guarantee, the surface appearance 1 years normal use guarantee.

Q: What is the packing of your mattress?

A: Flat compressed by wooden pallet or Rolled up packing by bag or carton.

Q: What is your lead time?

A: About 25~30 days once we confirm your deposit.

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: Our MOQ is 30pcs. Different model with different color to mix full container. We also accept 1*20 GP. But need 300USD extra charge to cover our export local charge.

Q: What is your payment terms?

A: TT or LC at sight.

Q: Where is your loading port?

A: Shenzhen or Guangzhou port in China.

Q. Can I have a sample order ?

A:Yes, we will offer free sample, but you should pay for the sample cost first. We will return the sample cost when you make the bulk order later.
