Ribbons
The Filtration Division of SPRING is a global manufacturer dryer, conveyor and filter belts. The manufacturing process of SPRING belt begins with the selection of the fiber to suit the environment in which the belt will be used. Many different fibers, like hydrolisys resistant polyester, aramid and glass fiber are available to meet the most critical requirements. The belts can also be surface treated or coated with PTFE and metals. All of our belts can be supplied with eyelets, studs and cable guides upon request; they are all delivered with a metal wire and a Nomex wire for belt joint assembly.
SPRING belts are used in applications such as food processing, textile printing, packaging and process filtration.
Our ribbons are used in a multitude of applications such as automotive and aerospace filters, household and industrial filters, electronic devices, diagnostic test strips, perfusion and transfusion filters in healthcare.
Packaging and labeling
Ribbons are packed into PE bags which are closed by welding
