Introduction:

In modern metallographic laboratories, the widely used semi-automatic or automatic grinding/polishing machines have specification requirements for sample size. In order to meet this requirement, the samples must be mounted, so the mounting machine has become a must in the metallographic laboratory. One of the equipment.

This machine is a fully automatic metallographic sample mounting machine with automatic water cooling function. It is suitable for hot mounting of all metal materials. The mounting auxiliary materials are black, white and transparent plastic powder. After setting the mounting parameters such as heating temperature, constant temperature time, cooling time, and applied pressure, put in the sample and mounting material, cover the gland, and press the start button. The mounting work can be completed automatically without the need for an operator to be next to the machine. On duty. Four types of molds can be freely selected and replaced according to samples with different requirements, and two samples can be pressed at the same time, doubling the preparation capacity.
