Product Information
W-Nr 1.6511 36CrCrNiMo4 is a structural alloy steel with high hardness and toughness for thermal modification, featuring high resistance to impact, torsion and vibration. The mechanical properties of about 80mm after oil quenching are the best, and the mechanical properties of about 100mm after water quenching are the best.
Size Range
Round bar / Wire rod (Diameter): 10.0 mm to 800 mm
Square bar / Flat bar: 8.0 mm to 500 mm
Forging piece: Stepped shafts with flanks / discs /tubes /slugs /donuts /cubes /other different shapes based on OEM.
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T5 - 100 mm X W3 - 1000 mm X L1000-12000 mm
Sheet steel via cold rolled: T0.5 - 10 mm X W5 - 1000 mm X L300 - 1000 mm
Steel strip via cold rolled: T0.5 - 10 mm X W5 - 1000 mm X L (or in coil form)
Length: Fixed length or random length or based on the customer's special requirement.
