X30WCrV9-3 W-Nr 1.2581 hot work tool steel has similar properties to high speed tool steel. The main alloying elements in tungsten hot work tool steels include tungsten, chromium, carbon and vanadium. They are less deformable when air hardened and have a higher hardening temperature than chromium hot work tool steels. If it is preheated to working temperature before use, it can reduce the fracture of tungsten hot work tool steel. The thermal shock resistance and toughness of these hot work tool steels can be improved by reducing the carbon content.

Round bar / Wire rod (Diameter): 5.0 mm to 100 mm
Square bar / Flat bar: 1.0 mm to 500 mm
Forging piece: Stepped shafts with flanks / discs /tubes /slugs /donuts /cubes /other different shapes based on OEM.
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T5 - 1000 mm X W10 - 1000 mm X L1000-12000 mm
Sheet steel via cold rolled: T3 - 8 mm X W5 - 1000 mm X L100 - 1000 mm
Steel strip via cold rolled: T0.5 - 10 mm X W5 - 800 mm X L (or in coil form)
Length: Fixed length or random length or based on the customer's special requirement.
