Product Information
DIN 1.6582/34CrNiMo6 is a heat treatable low alloy steel containing chromium, molybdenum and nickel as reinforcements. Known for its good strength, toughness, hardenability and ability to develop high strength by maintaining high fatigue strength under heat treatment conditions, but poor weldability, usually the steel should be quenched and tempered before use.
Size Range
Round bar / Wire rod (Diameter): 1.0 mm to 800 mm
Square bar / Flat bar: 5.0 mm to 500 mm
Forging piece: Stepped shafts with flanks / discs /tubes /slugs /donuts /cubes /other different shapes based on OEM.
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T8 - 100 mm X W3 - 1000 mm X L1000-12000 mm
Sheet steel via cold rolled: T0.5 - 8 mm X W5 - 1000 mm X L300 - 1000 mm
Steel strip via cold rolled: T0.3 - 10 mm X W8 - 1000 mm X L (or in coil form)
Length: Fixed length or random length or based on the customer's special requirement.
