AMS 6260 Alloy Round Bar UNS G93106 AISI E9310 Flat Steel Bar

Product Introduction

Alloy steel AMS 5614 is a vacuum degassed carburized steel alloy suitable for heavy section components. E9310 exhibits a high degree of hardenability, fatigue resistance, high core strength and hardness, while also providing excellent ductility and toughness. Most applications of this material are specified in the carburized condition, which increases wear and abrasion resistance.

Size Range

Round bar / Wire rod (Diameter): 3.0 mm to 500 mm
Square bar / Flat bar: 5.0 mm to 400 mm
Forging piece:

Stepped shafts with flanks/discs /tubes
/slugs /donuts /cubes /other different shapes based on OEM.
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T5 - 500 mm X W10 - 1500 mm X L1000-11000mm

Sheet steel via cold rolled:

T0.5 - 10 mm X W10 - 1000 mm X L1000 - 1000mm

Steel strip via cold rolled:

T0.5 - 5.0 mm X W5 - 1000 mm X L (or in coil form)
