AISI 01 UNS T31501 Mould Steel 100 MnCrW 4 W-Nr 1.2510 JIS SKS3 Stainless Steel Round Bar

Describe

This type of steel is one of the cold-worked oil-hardening tool steels. It is relatively inexpensive and contains small amounts of manganese, tungsten and chromium. Distortion and cracking are minimized by oil quench hardening.

Round bar / Wire rod (Diameter) 4.0mm to 800mm
Square bar / Flat bar 4.0mm to 1000mm
Forging piece

Stepped shafts with flanks / discs /tubes

/slugs /donuts /cubes /other different shapes based on OEM.
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled T6 - 100mm X W10 - 1500mm X L1000-13000mm
  • Sheet steel via cold rolled:
T0.5 - 5mm X W6 - 1000mm X L1000 - 2500mm

T0.1 - 3.5mm X W5 - 180mm X L (or in coil form)
