Hastelloy C276, as a widely-used corrosion-resistant alloy material, is widely used in relatively harsh corrosion conditions due to its high corrosion-resistant PRE value. In the high-end chemical equipment manufacturing industry, Hastelloy C276 is one of the main corrosion-resistant alloy materials, and more and more users choose this nickel alloy known as Wanneng.
The main components of Hastelloy C276 are as follows: carbon ≤0.01, manganese ≤1.00, nickel ≥57, silicon ≤0.08 phosphorus ≤0.04, sulfur ≤0.03, chromium 14.5 ~ 16.5, iron 4.0 ~ 7.0, molybdenum 15.0 ~ 17.0, tungsten 3.0 ~ 4.5 , Cobalt ≤2.5.
C-276 density: 8.9g / cm3, melting point: 1325-1370 ℃, non-magnetic.
Hastelloy C276 mechanical properties: tensile strength: σb≥690Mpa, yield strength σb≥275Mpa: elongation: δ≥40%, hardness ≤100 (HRB). The annealed Hastelloy C276 has good workability.
