Adjustable Exhaust U Clamp With M8 M10 Bolt Stainless Steel Exhaust Clamps
The u bolted exhaust clamp are made with 100% stainless steel or galvanized steel. They are ideal for any exhaust system and feature a saddle-type clamp for added strength. This U Bolt exhaust clamp equipped with bigger 3/8 U-Pole (equal M10) offers stronger, more reliable clamping force. Saddle- type substrate offers more reliable and stronger for applications.
Usage:

Exhaust Clamps, also known as U Bolt Clamps, are primarily used for automotive purposes to fix the exhaust to the vehicle, avoiding the need for welding. A good quality clamp will improve the performance of a vehicle, as a faulty clamp means that the air flow is not restricted though the exhaust. This will lead to loss of power from the engine and a sub-standard performance from your car or van.

As well as being used to improve the performance of vehicles, Exhaust Clamps also have other non-automotive uses, such as holding pipes or tubes in place on both the interior or exterior of a property.

Assembly Example:

Once the pipes are cut to exactly the right dimensions, the adapter pipe should just slide on. It is easier to put the two adapter pieces together and then slide them both on simultaneously. At this point, you will notice that after the two pieces of the adapter are connected together, one pipe leading to the flange is longer than the other.THE LONGER SIDE GOES ONTO THE DRIVER’S SIDE. After the H pipe is fixed onto the two pipes on the car, slide the U bolts, one on each side and then the smaller U bolt onto the center crossover that connects the two halves of the adapter. A U bolt needed for installation is shown below.Note: Do not tighten them until the rest of the exhaust is bolted onto the vehicle. The reason for this is so that adjustments can be made.
