Description:

  1. Product Item No.: 004Precision-Cosco Steel
  2. OD:6-80mm, WT:1-10mm, Length: 3000mm or 6000mm/pc
  3. Tolerances: OD+/- 0.05, WT: +/-5%*S, or by agreement
  4. Steel Grade: St30Al, St35, St37, St37.4, St44, St45, St52.4, E195, E235, E255, E355
  5. Delivery conditions: BK, BKS, BKW, NBK, GBK
  6. Tube ends: tubes are delivered with plain ends without burrs at the ends of the tube. Upon request, ends could be plugged with plastic caps
  7. Testing : Testing is performed in accordance with corresponding standards or by agreement
    • flattening test , drift expanding test, flaring test, bending test
    • mechanical properties test
    • NDT for detection of transverse imperfections and wall imperfections
  8. Packing and Protective coating:
    Finished tubes are heat treated in protetive atmosphere, and light oiled, packed in round or hexagonal bundles with weight max.2000 kg. Other possibilities by agreement
