2 to 3 layers of plain dutch woven wire mesh reinforcement layers with equal hole size and 3 or 4 stainless steel mesh fine layers after vacuum sintering, pressurizing and rolling together forms dutch woven sinter wire mesh. Dutch woven sintered mesh is an important and widely used type sintered metal filter. This type of stainless steel sintered wire mesh has evenly spaced openings and steady air permeability to flow, and has very great mechanical strength due to the heavy dutch woven wire mesh layers.

This type of sintered filter plate is commonly used in powder transport, laboratory fluid bed, driers, coolers and other solid materials. Additional, it is widely used for gas and liquid filter, chemical filter, pharmacy filter and laboratory filters.
