A Reverse Plain Dutch Weave, the warp wires are smaller and spaced closer together than the weft wires. This weave allows the use of high tensile wires, which offer the most durable and stable fine filter cloth.
Due to sealed surface, filtration happens at the joint of warp and weft. These are manufactured in pattern of plain weave. The warp wires are weaved together with a larger pitch in comparison to the weft wires. It increases the strength of mesh considerably than square meshes.
Stainless steel reverse dutch wire mesh offers good wear-resistance, acid-resistance, heat-resistance and corrosion resistance. It also has fine filtration and highly durable construction.
