Stainless Steel Cableope Mesh​​ Parameter ​ :

Flexible stainless steel cable mesh is made of AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel wire rope knotted and twisted by hand, which is a flexible wire mesh. Durable stainless steel cable mesh are available in a variety of specifications with wire diameters of various sizes (1.2mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm, 2.4mm, 3.2mm, 4.0mm) to provide more protection for various animals.

Difference between 304/316 and 304L/316L:

304 / 316 (Carbon content 0.08) and 304L / 316L (Carbon content 0.03). The main difference is the carbon content.

The lower carbon content ensures the stability of the material at high temperatures, 304L/316L is suitable for high temperature environments and places near the sea.

Mesh Aperture/Width:

Along with the wire diameter the mesh aperture width contributes to the aesthetics such as the level of transparency therefore the larger the width the more transparent it will be. Another consideration is the climbing ability, which should be taken into account especially in public places. Our mesh widths range from 24mm to 300mm.

Different Mesh Types :

The stainless steel cable mesh is hand-made from the stainless steel wire rope, there are two types: knotted mesh and ferruled mesh.

• Flexible stainless steel cable mesh (Ferrule type)

The ferrule type series are sub-divided into aluminum alloy mesh ,stainless steel ,tinned copper and nickled copper mesh by the material of the ferrule. The ferrule type mesh, are more used in fields like balustrades on WYidges and staircases, large barrier fences, and building facade trellis systems.

• Flexible stainless steel cable mesh (Knotted type)

Our Flexible stainless steel cable mesh products are supplied in two main series: Inter-woven and Ferrule Type. Inter-woven mesh are hand-woven which was also called hand-woven mesh is made from fine s.s.wire rope . The rope construction is 7 x 7 or 7 x 19 and made from AISI 304 or AISI 316 material group.

You can choose horizontal or vertical mesh orientations for the entertainment facilities stainless steel wire rope mesh​.
