AISI52100 GCr15 High Precision Chrome Steel Bearing Ball 12.7MM G10 G20 G100
Product description:
(1) G10 G20 G100 AISI52100 chrome steel ball bearing GCr15 high precision 12.7MM uses low alloy hardened chrome steel ball, which has excellent hardness, wear resistance, and has very good surface finish and dimensional stability.
(2) The steel has medium plasticity, low cutting performance, and poor welding performance.
(3) With high and uniform hardness, good abrasion resistance and high contact fatigue performance
(4) Mainly used for special bearings and pumps, aerosol pumps, gardening and household sprayers, pre-compressed perfume pumps, seams, valves for medical applications, agricultural backpack sprayers, recirculating balls. It is also used in food, chemical, naval, aerospace and military industries.

Steel Balls For Bearings
Steel balls for bearings are generally made from chrome steel.
High precision low noise AISI 52100 chrome steel balls are a good example
and they are used in situations where reduced noise levels and tolerance are required.
Many steel balls for bearings such as AISI 52100 100 Cr6
have a hardness of between 60 - 66 and ultimate compressive strength of 2500 - 2600 although
100CrMn6 chrome steel balls are a good alternative when a higher core strength is required.
