White or Colored POM PP Hollow Plastic Balls For bottle Plastic Sphere Ball
Polypropylene Plastic Balls
Polypropylene is mostly hard and flexible, particularly when copolymerized is with ethylene.
Polypropylene is economical, and can be translucent when uncolored but is
not as readily made transparent as polystyrene, acrylic, or certain other plastics.
It is often opaque or colored using pigments.
Polypropylene has great resistance to fatigue and a melting point of 171ºC (340ºF)
Material | Polypropylene (PP)
| ||
Density | Around: 0.92g/cm3
| ||
Advantage | Has good resistance, chemical resistance, low density (density less than water),
low water absorption, the highest melting point of the thermoplastic with
excellent electrical insulator and low dielectric coefficient,
often used for floating capacity requirements, withblood transfusion,
level calibration indicator. | ||
Application | PP ball is mainly used for transfusion, level calibration indicator. |
Polypropene is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide variety of applications including packaging
and labeling, textiles, stationery, plastic parts and reusable containers of various types,
laboratory equipment, loudspeakers, automotive components, and polymer banknotes.
