FAQ

Q1: At what pressure is the safety regulator valve regulated?

A1: The CO2 System: 30 PSI, Safety Pressure Regulated. When the pressure within the keg reaches 30 psi, the pressure relief valve will release excessive CO2 automatically.

Q2: Can you use this system for making sparkling wine?

A2: Yes, of course, are you thinking of pouring pre-carbonated wine into it? Wine has a higher carbonation level than beer so the cartridge might not last as long.

Q3: Ive been getting alot of foam when pouring. I even hold glass at a angle. I have it set at 5 psi. Is there anything im doing wrong/ i can correct?

A3: Pls turn off regulator, and pull on Pressure relief valve for a few seconds to optimize the inner pressure, then reset 5PSI, that would work better for you!

Q4: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A4: All the products will be 100% checked before the shipment.

Q5: Can you dishwash these or are they handwash only?
A5: We suggest you hand wash them, the dishwasher may broken the vacuum insulation layer, and may it keep cool as long as before.
And the keg opening is too small, the water can’t enter into the kegs smoothly.
