Features & Applications.

Qualified V2A ones are used indoor, V4A ones are used outdoor with better corrosion protection performance. The top saddle could be flat for square tube or round for 33.7mm, 38.1mm, 42.4mm, 48.3mm or 50.8mm pipes according to needs. Surface could be brushed(satin) or polished(mirror).

Different shape glass clamps could be choosen.Available glass clamps are D shape including 40*50mm, 45*63mm, or square shape - 45*45mm, 52*52mm, 55*55mm, then the glass could be 6mm, 6.76mm, 8mm, 8.76mm, 10mm, 10.76mm, 12mm, 12.76mm with different sizes. The body of the post can be 33.7mm, 38.1mm, 42.4mm, 48.3mm, 50.8mm or customized sizes according to needs, and general total height is 900mm - 1200mm.

These posts are widely used in staircase, balcony, terrace, handrails, pool fence, stairs, gardens.

Our system installs on site with no welding required – simply glue, drill and tap the pieces into place. Available in type AISI304 and AISI316 for either interior or exterior installation.

Material.

304 is the basic chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel and has been found suitable for a wide range of applications. It is the most readily available in a variery of prodcut forms. This grade is easy to form and fabricate with excellent resistance to corrosion.

316 offers more corrosion-resistance through the addition of molybdunum. This grade is desirable where the possibility of severe corrosion exists, such as heavy industrial atmospheres and marine environments.

316L is the low carbon version of 316.
