High Sanitation Hygienic Pressure Relief Valve Manual Gear Powered , Union Connection

Raw Materials:

  • 1. Valve body: Forged 304 or 316L stainless steel, high density, highly sanitary grade
  • 2. Manual handle: nylon sleeve or handle ball
  • 3. Seal gasket: EPDM, high temperature resistant, anti-aging and anti-corrosion

Working Principle:

  • Set the valve pressure at a specific value
  • Valve is normally closed by outside force
  • When pipeline pressure exceeds the set value, the valve will open automatically
  • Medium is discharged through safety valve
  • Pipeline pressure reduces and returns to safety value
  • Valve closes by itself until next cycle of excessive pressure
