Constant Pressure Regulating Sanitary Pressure Relief Valve With Butt Weld End DN15-DN100

Quick Details

  • Vavle body and disc are made of best 316L or 304 stainless steel
  • Outside surface is treated by sandblasting
  • The diaphragm material can be EPDM or PTFE, high temperature standable upto 140 degrees

Working Principle

  • The valve is normally closed when the medium pressure is within set value
  • When medium pressure increases, the diaphragm is pushed upwards
  • Valve stem moves upwards accordingly
  • Medium then flows out of the valve, make the pipeline pressure reduces
  • The diaphragm is pushed back by the air pressure in upper chamber
  • The diaphragm keeps moving downwards until the valve is closed
