Safety Sanitary Check Valves , Tri Clamp Check Valve Preventing Back Flow

Check valves are widely used for both sanitary and industrial applications to prevent backflow of product.NYHAU’s ball check valves are designed to allow full product flow during processing. Once the product flow stops the ball rolls back to seat at inlet, preventing back flow. Ball Check Valves are commonly used with liquid products. Size range from 1 1/2" - 3". NYHAU’s spring check valves are designed to assist closure pressure to create a positive shutoff. They are commonly used with liquid products. Both valves are offered with clamp and weld ends. Other connections are available upon request. Sizes range from 1/2˝ through 4˝ in TP316 stainless steel.

Sanitary check valves are offered in sizes 1/2" - 6" with a 316 stainless steel body. Suitable for CIP, operating pressure up to 150PIS and a temperature range between 30F - 225F. Sanitary tri-clamp ends (optional butt weld) and standard FDA approved seals (EPDM available upon request).

Sanitary check valve also known as one-way valve, its role is to prevent the pipeline water back in the media. Are different to many other types of valves,for check valves work automatically and most are not controlled by a person or any external control. Accordingly, most do not have any valve handle or stem. Thus there is an important concept in check valves, it is, the cracking pressure. Cracking pressure is the minimum upstream pressure at which the valve will operate. So the check valve is designed for and can therefore be specified for a specific cracking pressure.
