Super duplex steel
At present, the main grades of domestic super duplex steel 2507 (S32750), 2507 (UNS S32750) duplex stainless steel have strong strength and corrosion resistance, mainly used in chemical processing, petrochemical and submarine equipment. It has strong resistance to chloride corrosion, high thermal conductivity and low coefficient of thermal expansion. Higher chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen content has a high resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and general corrosion. Its impact strength is also very high, 2507 alloy is not suitable for use in temperatures above 570 ° C, long-term in such an environment, its toughness will be reduced. Super [Duplex Stainless Steel 2507 (S32750) is more corrosion resistant and superior mechanical properties than Duplex Stainless Steel 2205 (S31803).

904L super austenitic stainless steel is a low carbon high nickel, molybdenum austenitic stainless acid resistant steel, which is a proprietary material introduced by French H·S company. It has good activation-passivation conversion ability, excellent corrosion resistance, good corrosion resistance in non-oxidizing acids such as sulfuric acid, acetic acid, formic acid, phosphoric acid, and good in neutral chloride-containing media. It is resistant to pitting and has good resistance to crevice corrosion and stress corrosion. It is suitable for various concentrations of sulfuric acid below 70 °C. It is also resistant to corrosion in acetic acid and mixed acid of formic acid and acetic acid at any concentration and at any temperature under normal pressure.
Grades and standards: UNS N08904 (a standard jointly designed by the American Society of Automotive Engineers and the American Society for Testing and Materials in 1967), DIN 1.4539 (German Standard), ASTM A240 (American Society for Testing and Materials Standards; For the stainless steel series, the original standard ASME SB-625 is classified as a nickel-based alloy series) and SUS890L.

317L stainless steel corrosion resistance: Alloy 317L and 317LMN stainless steel are more resistant to atmospheric and other mild corrosion than conventional chrome-nickel stainless steel. In general, the corrosive environment of 18Cr-8Ni steel does not cause corrosion of molybdenum-containing alloys.
Alloys 317LMN and 317L stainless steel are more resistant to corrosion by sulfuric acid solutions than conventional chromium-nickel stainless steels. Its corrosion resistance increases as the alloy molybdenum composition increases. These alloys are capable of withstanding up to 5% sulfuric acid in temperatures up to 120 °F (49 °C). In environments with temperatures below 100°F (38°C), these alloys have excellent corrosion resistance and resist corrosion from higher concentration solutions.
317L stainless steel oxidation resistance: chromium-nickel-molybdenum steel has excellent oxidation resistance, and in the ordinary atmosphere, when the temperature is not higher than 1600-1650 °F (871-899 °C), the scale formation rate is low.
