Metal Multi Layers Sintered Wire Mesh For Chemical Filter and Separation

Product destription:

Sintered woven wire mesh consist of multi-layers of woven wire mesh laminated together by use of ' sintering '. This creates an enormous class of new materials with a very wide variety of mechanical properties.

Product feature:

1. High strength and rigidity: extreme mechanical strength and pressure tolerance, can be machined, welded and assembled.

2. Uniform and stable precision: consistent filter property in various media, without apertures changing during operation.

3. Widely service environment: can be continuously in temperature ranging from-200℃ to 600℃ and filtering in acid and alkali conditions.

4. Cleanable: backwash easily, and reused with longer service span, and can be cleaned by means of ways, such as backstream, filtration liquid, ultrasonic, dissolution and baking.

5. High flow, low pressure drop.

6. Suitable for continuous and automatic operation.

Technical Parameters:

Material 304 or 316L Stainless steel wire mesh. And special material can be selected as well (such as Hastelloy, Monel, 904L etc.).
Micron Rating From 1um to 300um, optional.
Standard Size 500*1000mm, 600*1200mm, 1000*1000mm
Thickness 1.7mm
Operating Temperature -200~650℃
