A:T/T, Western union and Trade assurance is available.

Q3. What the shipment terms and delivery time of your watches?

A: Well, they depends on the quantity and material of your order. For Sample and Bulk order < 100KG, we will kindly suggest Express and Air freight, when Air freight and Sea shipping for Bulk order >100KG. As for detailed cosT,It depends on quantity and materials. Usually, for alloy watches, plastic and silicone watches, the delivery time is 25-30 workdays. While for stainless steel watches and brass watches the delivery time is 45-50 workdays.

Q4. How long is the warranty time for your products?

A: Well it depends on what kind of movt did you choose, and our officially promised warranty time is one whole year after delivery at best at the base on your choose the japanese movt.

Q6.How to proceed an order for wrist watch ?

A:Firstly let us know your requirements or design.

Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer arrange the deposit for formal order, then we arrange sample making
Fourthly We arrange the mass production after sample approval.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on wrist watch?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly.And you can put your logo on the case back,dial,strap and the crown.

Q7.How do you control the quality?

Answer:Before production: we will make the watch design engineering drawing with your logo for your confirm, it will arrange to produce after got your confirmation;While production: it will take some real image for you while each components had finished (such as dial ,leather strap ,case,etc);
