Q. What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit,and 70% before delivery.We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.And irrevocable L/C, D/A, D/P, Western Union, MoneyGram or other.

Q: Can we use our shipping agent?

A: Yes. We have worked with many freight forwarders. If you want, we can recommend some forwarders to you and you can compare prices and services.

Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: We are located in Nanhai district,Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, which is closed to Guangzhou City. Only 50 minutes drive from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.

A: Generally,we pack our goods with foam and then into a brown carton.Also we could pack the goods according to the customer's request.

Q. How about your delivery time?

A: Generally,it will take 25 to 35 days after receiving your advance payment.The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q. Can you produce according to the samples?

A: Yes,we can produce shower stalls by your samples,welcome OEM & ODM.

A: We can supply samples and customers need to pay sample cost and delivery cost.
