Q. What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit,and 70% before delivery.We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q: Can we use our shipping agent?

A: Yes. We have worked with many freight forwarders. If you want, we can recommend some forwarders to you and you can compare prices and services.

Q: What's the port of shipment?

A: Foshan/Guangzhou/Shenzhen, China

Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: We are located in Nanhai district,Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, only 50 minutes drive from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.

A: Generally,we pack our goods with foam and then into a brown carton.Also we could pack the goods according to your request.

Q. How about your delivery time?

A:Generally,it will take 25 to 35 days after receiving your advance payment.The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q. Can you produce according to the samples?

A: Yes,we can produce shower doors by your samples,welcome OEM & ODM.

Q. What is your sample policy?

A: We can supply samples and customers must pay sample cost and delivery cost.

Shopping Process

Step 1: Please let us know your product’s size for quotation.
We will provide measure instruction, if it is complicated product, we can provide measuring service.
Step 2: Provide detailed shop drawing for customer's confirmation.
Step 3: Production.During this, we will take some photos to show to customer.
Step 4: Install products in our factory, check size and quality of products.
Step 5: Packing: to protect the goods, we pack the goods at least three layers. The first layer is film, the second is carton or woven bag, the third is carton or plywood case.
Step 6: Shipping. If you need, we can also arrange shipping for you.
Step 7: Installation. If it is big projects, we can send an engineer to building site to instruct installation.
