Description of high efficiency starch sifter
Zhengzhou Jinghua starch sifter is widely used in starch industry and it is proved the best sifter in starch sifting. The sieve body is composed of many layer sieve lattices and the sieve cases have two kinds of material: wooden and aluminum alloy. Each layer connects closely as the form of step in the rim to ensure good sealing performance and convenient maintainance. Suspender is made from glass fiber reinforced plastic with durable life.
Working Principle
The machine is composed of two main parts: the mild frame mounted with clamps for the flexible suspension rods, floor plates for mounting and the mild steel box section for the sieve frames with upper clamping by means of a metals frame and clamping pressure micrometric screws.
The drive unit with counter balance weight, with motor, pulley, v-belt is mounted under the cabinet box section, adjustable to suit different applications. Material is fed into the top section and by the machines circular motion, the fine material moves through the sieve mesh and is discharged out each sieve to outlets, while the course materials over tails and sent to separate outlets.
