Pipe bundled tube dryer is an indirect heating dryer. It may operate either on countercurrent or down current principals. It can be widely applied in corn starch processing just like drying corn germ, cornfiber and corn protein.The machine has virtues of low steam consumption, big production quantity, low noise and less occupied area.
Main Features of Pipe Bundle Dryer
1. Using the principle of heat conduction and radiation, the material is transported into the dryer by screw.
2. The steam direction is opposite to the material direction, the energy saving effect is good, in the starch industry used for drying germ, fiber, gluten.
3. Under the agitation of rotating tube bundle copying plate, it moves from the feeding end to the feeding end, and absorbs heat and loses water during the movement. The dryer is in a negative pressure state during production.
