Product Description
DN (B) series medium frequency fixed point projection spot welding machine is mainly used for welding plates of low-carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and some non-ferrous metals, as well as projection welding between plates and nuts and bolts.

Features
1. Multiple same ways forced water cooling system to ensure stability and reliability of long-term operation.
2. Pressurized electrode speed can be adjusted, slow down the impact to welding work piece when pressuring, also reduces the noise when welding.
3. Upper and lower electrode adopts supplementary stroke pressurized mode which can improve the operation of welding process.
4. Intelligent microcomputer control, multiple-section of discharging. It can be used to preheat, to weld, to reform to temper for special materials.
Solve the problems of cold joint or loose welding due to current shunt during the process of multiple projection welding. Especially suitable for welding high-carbon steel or special inter layer of metal plate.
Product Structure
Compared With Ordinary AC Resistance Welding Machine, The MF Spot Welder Has The Following Advantages:
① The input power supply is three-phase 380V, with balanced three-phase power consumption and very high power utilization rate. It adopts three-phase full wave uncontrolled rectification, with a very high power factor of over 0.9%.
② The controller converts alternating current into direct current and outputs it to the welding transformer through IGBT inverter. Its power factor is much higher than that of ordinary power frequency welding machines. The inverter frequency of the intermediate frequency inverter controller is 1000Hz, and its adjustment resolution can reach 1ms, which is 20 times higher than that of ordinary power frequency welding machine controllers, resulting in higher control accuracy, faster response speed, and better output stability.
