Product Introduction:
The 14 point fuel tank welding machine consists of a frame, 14 sets of elastic bottom electrodes controlled by cylinders for on/off, upper motor cylinder electrode components, welding transformer (intermediate frequency), welding machine controller, air circuit system, cooling water system, etc.
Features:
1. The upper electrode is pressurized by an auxiliary cylinder, which makes stroke adjustment convenient and accurate, making the workpiece operation stroke continuously adjustable.
2. The spare dedicated gas storage tank for welding machines is beneficial for reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.
3. The upper electrode moves vertically up and down in the linear guide rail, with high precision in repeated positioning. So as to make the solder joints accurate.
4. The number of welding steps and the number of welding points per step can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the welding parameters for each step can be set separately. It can be flexibly set according to the product current requirements to improve efficiency.
