Product Introduction
The multi head spot welding machine is working on the 380V/50Hz three-phase AC power supply. By the three-phase rectifier, inverter technology and the feedback control system, to control the welding heat, pre-press time, the maintenance time and cease time, achieving the welding requirements. Major Structure
Waterway (Cooling) System
The main water inlet pipe and outlet pipe are set at the rear of the welding machine. When the water inlet ball valve is opened, the water enters the distribution block and is divided into three ways: one way is connected with the water pipe of the welding transformer to cool the transformer; One way is connected in series with the water inlet nozzles of the upper and lower electrode welding arm body to cool the upper and lower electrode heads (one way is connected in series with the water inlet nozzles of the upper and lower projection welding platforms to cool the upper and lower projection welding platforms and the upper and lower projection welding electrodes); One circuit is connected with the water inlet nozzle of the thyristor (installed in the upper layer of the machine body), and the cooling thyristor.
