Armature Hotstaking Commutator Fuser Welder Spot Welding With AC Power Supply WIND-75KW-CS

(1) Application:

Auto starting motor armature with round wire or flat wire(rectangular wire)

(2) Advantages:

1. This machine is with AC power supply WIND-75KW-CS, econmic type

2. This welding machine is with one fusing head, fuse one point per time
3. This fusing machine is high efficiency, 23 slots armature cost 45s' to fuse including loading/unloading

(3) Configuration:

1. Hot staking machine with PLC and with Japan Miyachi CT-110 welding control device

2. Three segments electrification method, with current slow increasing and slow dropping function

(4) Fusing machine Parameter:

Air source Pressure: 0.5~0.7Mpa

Adjustment Grades: 8 grades
