Armature Conductor Soldering For Starter Commutator Wire Spot Welding WIND-125-DNZ

(1) Application:

Commutator spot welding machine WIND-125-DNZ is dedicated machine for welding

the starting motor armature commutator with round wire or flat wire(rectangular wire)

(2) Advantages:

1. This machine can ensure tungsten rod still in the middle of the commutator spot

2. This welding machine use photoelectric tracking method color difference detection device avoid mica
3. This fusing machine's stable DC current voltage and short welding time
ensure the wonderful welding quality

1. Hot staking machine with PLC and with Japan Miyachi CT-110 welding control device.

2. Three segments electrification method, with current slow increasing and slow dropping function.
