- The main chain adopts special straight chain: the chain pitch = 76.2mm
- Working station distribution: 120 working stations in total,15pcs loading & unloading stations, 25pcs preheating stations, 4pcs air cooling stations, 2pcs varnish dripping stations, 4pcs leveling stations, 15pcs low temperature gel stations, 39pcs curing stations, 15pcs cooling stations.
- The fixture adopts Ø16 drill chuck, applicable for two model types armature.
- Step 1 station once.Varnish dripping time and cycle time can be set and displayed.
- The workpiece starts to rotate before vanishing dripping, and the speed is adjusted by the inverter. Varnish drips twice per workpiece in a row.
- The varnish dripping part adopts a precision peristaltic pump, equipped with 4 sets of pumps (two pumps on both the left and right sides). The dripping flow can be adjusted.
- The working temperature of the curing tunnel is adjustable (≤150℃). The insulation layer of the curing tunnel is 150mm, made of high-quality rock wool.
- The electric heating device is equipped with hot air stirring fan. The heating tube is finned and has a long duration (normally 5 to 8 years). All the terminals are outside the machine, which is safe and reliable.
- The temperature control adopts intelligent temperature control instruments with over-temperature alarm function, and can independently control each heating zone.
- The equipment is equipped with a centrifugal exhaust fan, which performs exhaust and exhaust treatment on the varnish dripping area and the loading & unloading area.
- Machine is controlled by PLC, and it can automatically complete all processes except for loading and unloading.
- Power supply: three-phase four-wire system, AC380V/50Hz; total power is about 38Kw.

Assuming that the cycle time is 90s in one step, the workpiece warm-up time ≈38min, gel ≈23min, and curing time ≈60min; If you work 10 hours a day, the machine can run 3.3 circles, but there is no output in the first circle, so
daily output = (3.3-1) circle × 120 stations × 2 sides = 550 pieces
If cycle time and working hours are changed, the output will change accordingly.
