(1) Application:

a. Hairpin forming machine is a combination of several process,

it automatic straighten the raw coil,remove enamel of four sides by grinding( flat surface, side surface at same time Chamfer),

automatic industrial vacuum cleaner suction, servo motor feeding, detection,cutting, forming,

b. High efficiency: 4~5s/pc (Hair pin Length 300mm) 6~8s/pc

c. Encoder check if servo motor send the same length every time

d. Enamel remove with grind method or cutting method can clear the surface
